Why schools switch
The work isn’t hard. The tools are.
Most school software was built to store records, not to get a school through its day.
Attendance takes a period
Teachers open a modal per student, or fall back to paper and hand it in at lunch.
Nobody trusts the fee numbers
Payments recorded in one place, receipts in another, and a ledger that never quite agrees.
Enquiries go cold
Admissions lives in a spreadsheet, so follow-ups are missed and nobody knows the conversion rate.
What you get
Seventeen modules that behave like one product
Each module is designed around the job it does, not the table it stores.
Admissions as a pipeline
Every enquiry moves through stages with owners, follow-up dates and a full note timeline. Convert to a student in one guided step.
Attendance in seconds
Everyone starts present; the teacher marks only the exceptions, entirely from the keyboard if they prefer.
Fees you can defend
Families record what they paid, the office approves it, and the ledger entry posts automatically — with the impact stated before you click.
Timetable that reflects reality
A real grid, with substitutions and date-specific overrides shown differently from the standard week.
Exams end-to-end
Datesheet, spreadsheet-style marks entry, analytics, ranks and an A4 report card in your board’s template.
HR and payroll together
Salary structures with a live net-pay preview, statutory PF/ESI/TDS, payslips and the ledger entries behind them.
For your team
Eight roles, eight different products
Nobody gets a generic dashboard with three quarters of it hidden. Each role's navigation and home screen are written for that role's job.
Principal
A command centre: enrolment, collection trend, and a “needs you” queue that never lies about what is waiting.
Accountant
Money movement only — approvals, refunds, vendor bills, payroll — with the ledger impact stated before you commit.
Teacher
Today’s periods, the classes still to mark, and the grading that is outstanding. No finance, ever.
Receptionist
New enquiries, follow-ups due, today’s interviews and tests, and the documents still missing.
Parent
One child at a time: attendance, fees due, today’s schedule and the teacher’s last note. On a phone.
Student
Today’s schedule first, then what is due, then results. Four tiles, no ERP vocabulary.
Security
Your school’s data is isolated at the database, not just in the app
Tenant isolation is enforced by row-level security pinned to every request. Application bugs cannot leak another school's data, because the database refuses to return it.
- Row-level security per requestEvery query runs as a role scoped to one school. Cross-tenant reads are impossible, not merely unlikely.
- Nothing is hard-deletedEvery business record is soft-deleted and recoverable, and uniqueness rules account for it.
- Full request audit trailEvery request is logged with sensitive fields redacted, backing a per-user activity feed.
- Atomic operationsApproving a fee and posting its ledger entry happen in one transaction, or not at all.

Pricing
One price, per active student, per month
No module licences, no per-user seats, no charge for parents. Pricing is quote-driven because onboarding a 200-student school and a 4,000-student group are not the same project.

Testimonials
What schools tell us
“Attendance used to reach the office by lunchtime. Now it is done before the second period.”
“The first month-end where the ledger matched the receipts without a reconciliation meeting.”
“I open one screen and know which child owes what. That never used to be true.”
FAQ
Questions schools ask first
How is Anytime ERP priced?
Per active student, per month. Your quote depends on enrolment, branches, integrations and onboarding scope. There is no self-serve checkout — every school gets a quote.
Can parents and students use it on a phone?
Yes, and that is the primary target for them. Timetable, results, fees, assignments, leave and support are designed mobile-first.
Is our data isolated from other schools?
Yes. Isolation is enforced by row-level security pinned per request at the database layer, not only in application code.
Do you support our board’s report card?
Report-card templates ship for CBSE, ICSE and state boards, plus a default. You pick one in settings and preview it before publishing.
What happens if we delete something by mistake?
Nothing is hard-deleted. Every business record is soft-deleted and recoverable.
Do you take payments from parents directly?
Not today. Families record a payment made offline with a reference, and your office approves it, which posts the ledger entry. Gateway collection is on the roadmap.
See it with your school’s data
A 30-minute demo, then a sandbox seeded with your classes and fee structure so your team can try the screens they will actually live in.
